Policy

1. Eligibility: is open only to those who owned Zero Breeze Mark 2 and who are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry. 

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Zero Breeze, as final and binding as it relates to the content. 

3. Activity Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about May 1, 2021, at 00:00 AM GMT-7 and ending August 31 2021, at 23:59 PM GMT-7. All online entries must be received by August 31 2021, at 23:59 PM GMT-7.

4. How to Enter: share a photo or video of your story to Facebook or Instagram with the # #shareyourZeroBreeze (make sure #shareyourZeroBreeze is correct, Otherwise the submission will be invalid.)

The entry must fulfill all requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Zero Breeze. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Zero Breeze.

5. Prizes: The approximate retail value of all prizes is about $8000. The prizes are: 

1) Best Story Grand Award: 1 supporter, $5000 cash
2) First Prize: 1 for each picture and video, ZB Elechive($1599)
3) Second Prize: 2 for each picture and video, ZB Mark 2 Battery + Adapter($928)
4) Third Prize: 3 for each picture and video, ZB Mark 2 Inverter + Adapter($228)
5) Finalist Award: Unlimited, (100 interactions, likes+ comments) , ZB Memorial T-Shirt + $100 ZB Gift Card
6) Popularity Award:10 supporters per month, ZB Mark 2 Adapter ($129)

You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on quality and the total number of likes received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Zero Breeze. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at  Zero Breeze's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. 
Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Zero Breeze to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Zero Breeze will contact the winners via the social media account corresponding to the Post of the entry. The winner must reply before the specified date to accept the prize. The delivery of the prize will be arranged within 7 working days, otherwise, it will be regarded as a waiver, and the organizer has the right to award the prize to others.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE activity AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

7. Rights Granted by you: By entering this content you understand that Zero Breeze, anyone acting on behalf of Zero Breeze, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the activity and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
